How do I Place an Order?
You can place an order on the order screen of this website, or you can call us at 800-359-2553 (or 845-351-2620 for international calls).

Are there quantity discounts?
There are quantity discounts available on most products.  Discounts will be automatically calculated when quantity is entered.  If you have any questions about discounts or pricing, please call us at 845-359-2553.

Are there other discounts available (corporate, organizational, government) etc?
Many of our clients have pre-arranged discounts, or qualify for discounts based on a contract.  Please enter your Account Code on the order screen, and your discount will automatically be applied to your order.  If you do not know your account code please call us at 800-359-2553.

How do I know if my organization receives a discount?
Give us a call at 800-359-2553, or email us at and we will be happy to look up your account and give you that information.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Many of our clients who have set up accounts with us prefer to place orders via a Corporate Purchase Order.  Please email your purchase order to us at and we will process it right away.

Do you charge sales tax?
Our orders are shipped FOB Tuxedo Park, NY. All orders may be subject to sales tax, however we only collect sales tax on those orders shipped to New York State, unless a tax-exempt status has been confirmed and noted in your account prior to receipt of your order. To advise of your tax-exempt status, please call us at 800-359-2553.  All duties and taxes associated with international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

What shipping service do you use?
Our standard shipping is UPS Ground.  Under certain circumstances, some orders may be shipped via FedEx or USPS.  International orders are shipped via FedEx International.   Call or email us for more information or a quote for international orders.

How long before I get my order?
Standard Shipping (within the continental US) may take from 3 to 7 days, based on delivery address.  Outside the continental US shipping times may vary.  We can provide estimates and tracking information so you can know when to expect your order.

Is expedited service available?
Absolutely!   We offer overnight or 2 day shipping to most destinations upon request at an additional charge.  Please call 800-359-2553 to make arrangements and to get an estimate of shipping charges.

How do I pay for my order?
Payment is due at time of order, unless prior arrangements have been made.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 

Can I be invoiced?
Yes.  Existing customers who have made prior arrangements can be invoiced. If you have an account and would prefer to be invoiced, please enter your account code/customer number at time of order, and you will be invoiced Net/30.  If you would like to set up an account, please call us at 1-800-359-2553. 

Do you accept returns?
Yes, for most of our products.  We accept returns of print-based, in stock assessments within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee of 20% may apply, and orders that were calculated with a quantity discount will be re-calculated based on net quantity purchased after discount. Videos, Leader’s/Facilitator’s Guides, electronic report credits, and any custom ordered products are not returnable. If you would like make a return, please call 800-359-2553 for a Return Authorization Code.

I am looking for a specific training resource or title and I don’t see it on your website.  Can you get it for me?
In many cases the answer is “YES!”.  In addition to the products on this website, we also have available a wide range of products from other training and development publishers who have complementary products and services.  If you are interested in a specific training and development resource, please call us at 800-359-2553, or email us at  If it is in stock with one of our affiliated publishers, we will provide it to you at list price, and also deduct your organizational discount (if applicable).  If we do cannot make it available, we will try to give you contact information were you can purchase it.  We want to be your single source to meet your training and development needs!

What does “E Pluribus Maximus” mean?
E Pluribus Maximus is translated from the Latin “From Many Greatness” Or “ Greatness from Many”.  We used this phrase to illustrate our organizational belief, that when many work together successfully, greatness will occur.  The inspiration for our name came from a book written by two training industry legends, and mentors to the founding of our company BJ Gallagher and Warren Schmidt, authors of the groundbreaking and bestselling parable about the power of diversity:  A Peacock In The Land Of Penguins”.  Our name was included in one of the beautiful illustrations included in this book, and we named this company in tribute to two individuals whose work has led to a greater understanding of the power of individuals to make a difference in their organization and the world.
